By accessing the Site, booking services, or purchasing products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Non-Medical Facility

Moore Body Agency LLC is a wellness and educational provider, not a medical facility. Services offered are non-medical in nature.

No medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment are provided. No doctor–patient relationship is created.

2. Medical Disclaimer & Results

All services, programs, and products are intended for cosmetic, educational, or self-care purposes only. Results vary from person to person.

No outcome is guaranteed. Consult a licensed medical professional before beginning any wellness routine, lymphatic technique, or product use.

3. Contraindications

Services may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions including: uncontrolled health conditions, infections, blood clots,

cancer (without clearance), open wounds, recent surgery (without clearance), pregnancy (without clearance), or implanted devices.

Clients must disclose all relevant health information prior to service.

4. Assumption of Risk

Participation in services or use of products is voluntary and at the client’s own risk. The Company is not liable for injuries, reactions,

or adverse outcomes associated with services or products.

5. Informed Consent

By participating in any service, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the service and accept full responsibility for your

participation.

6. Product Use & Safety

B.B.S. Collection products may contain natural ingredients, fragrance oils, and botanicals. Customers are responsible for reviewing

ingredient lists for allergens and performing a patch test. The Company is not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of products.

7. Digital Products & Licensing

Digital items, online classes, and downloadable materials are non-refundable. All materials are for individual use only and may not be

copied, shared, or redistributed without written permission.

8. Booking, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

All services require full payment at booking. Cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows are subject to the policies stated at the time of

booking. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without refund.

9. Right to Refuse Service

The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any client for reasons including safety concerns, contraindications, inappropriate

behavior, or failure to comply with policies.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, designs, videos, and training materials, is the property of Moore Body Agency LLC and may not

be reproduced or distributed without permission.

11. Liability Limitation

The Company is not responsible for injuries, adverse reactions, or damages arising from services or products. Liability is limited to the

amount paid for the service or product.

12. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from misuse of services, failure to disclose health information, or violation

of policies.

13. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in North Carolina. Clients waive the right to participate in class-action

proceedings.

14. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for service interruptions or delays caused by events beyond its control, including illness, weather, outages,

or emergencies.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
